As we know it's not easy being green but here's some of the things we are doing...

We use organic methods in all our gardens.

All the tea and coffee we provide is organic and fair trade.
Everything in your tasty welcome pack will be local and organic where possible.
The Axminster carpet is made from recycled wool.
All timber used was from a sustainable source.
